Secure federal investment to create jobs and revitalize manufacturing in Western Pennsylvania, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Clean Energy technologies.
Fight for federal funding to preserve and expand PRT (Pittsburgh Regional Transit) routes and infrastructure.
Advocate for federal and state economic development funding to establish a Tech Corridor in District 12, attracting high-paying tech jobs and investment.

Support local tech startups through small business grants, tax

incentives, and workforce training programs to retain talent in the district.

Defend and strengthen labor unions and collective bargaining rights

to protect workers.

Advocate for federal investment and oversight in the U.S. Steel/Nippon

merger to maintain mill operations and secure union jobs in the

12th District.

Support anti-inflation and anti-tariff measures to stabilize consumer

prices.

EDUCATION

Fight to restore and strengthen the U.S. Department of Education to protect Title I, Head Start, Pre-K funding, and Special Education legislation.
Invest in marginalized and underfunded school districts to close the achievement gap and dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline.

Promote education on genocide, the Holocaust, hate speech, and intolerance in K–12 curricula.

Strongly support public education investment, particularly in STEAM, STEM, and vocational training programs.

Expand teacher recruitment initiatives through partnerships with higher education institutions and support public colleges.

ENVIRONMENT

Enforce stricter environmental regulations to hold corporations accountable for clean air and water.

Increase federal funding for police, fire, and EMS departments with incentives for recruitment and training.
Offer property tax breaks for developers who

designate a percentage of housing as

affordable, using a 10-year phased reduction

model.

Expand Low-Income Housing Tax Credits in

Pittsburgh and the Mon Valley to increase

affordable housing availability.

Support infrastructure modernization while

maintaining public safety. Ensure the

completion of the Turtle Creek Valley Bike

Trail Connector with Federal Funding.

Support and protect the Second Amendment

rights of law-abiding citizens, while enforcing

stricter penalties for violations of federal gun

laws, including straw purchases and

reckless use.

EQUITY

Provide necessary funding, technology, and benefits for military personnel, including pay raises and retention programs.
Stand in solidarity with allies like Israel, Ukraine, and NATO in defense of sovereignty, democracy, and security.
Expand access to affordable healthcare and reduce prescription drug costs.
Protect and preserve Medicare and Medicaid for current and future generations.
Ensure Social Security remains federally managed, safeguarding its future for all who have contributed.
Support and organize veterans' benefit outreach events to help individuals access and retain earned services.
Defend a woman’s right to make her own healthcare decisions, including reproductive rights.
Defend the voting rights and civil rights of all citizens.
